  Please allow push or real time notifications to run on 2G/3G network. Cause mobile phone is not always connected to wifi network.

  Yes Please, I know it will cause battery drain but it usefull for realtime notifications for new mentions and direct messages :)

  It's not posible, because Twitter doesn't shared the API for push notification, they are keeping it for themselves. The only one having push notifications is the official Twitter App.
